Over the years I've been able to learn from a LOT of people. What I've realized is that the right teacher/coach/expert can leap frog the learning process. However, there is a lot of friction in finding that person. For example, it can take a lot of time and effort. Then there are questions on cost, availability, etc. In essence, there is massive information asymmetry. A clear lack of transparency.

Clearly our world is becoming more virtual. People are spending more time online than ever before. Technology continues to allow people to connect, communicate and collaborate regardless of geography.
In the coming weeks we'll be reaching out to physicians throughout the world to see if they have virtual work opportunities for our members. I don't know if this will work but it is important that we try. Unless we keep innovating we will not succeed.

Have you ever seen the movie Moneyball? The central theme is how the game of baseball has been changed by Billy Beane.
This is what excites me most about PN - the opportunity to change the game. To put it in mathematical terms, I see an inflection point.
